Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer

- Strong knowledge of UX/UI design life cycle and methods

- Experience in analysis and design of enterprise web and mobile applications

- Experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, mind maps, interaction scenarios, storyboards, etc.

- Strong knowledge of design and prototyping tools

- Experience in working closely with software development and product management teams to design and deliver digital products

- Experience in creating, implementing and supporting design processes and practices

- Ability to lead UX/UI design team

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop product design function

- Implement best practices and processes in UX/UI design area

- Lead design team to accomplish business goals 

- Participate in designing and delivering great product

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, etc. and work closely with development teams to implement them
