Infopulse is looking for a Lead UX/UI Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will have an opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented designers. In this role, you will need to apply all your passion to solve business' and end customers' challenges with a simple but engaging design. In addition, you will have to provide a clear vision of UX/UI process and standards to clients, your colleagues and other teammates.

 

Responsibilities

- Set an example of producing a clear user experience out of complex and chaotic requirements

- Build a strong, competent team of designers and take responsibility for growing in-house expertise and establishing collaboration with other departments

- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to your teammates

- Promote and cultivate Design Thinking attitude within the team, company and our customers

- Keep track of industry trends and best practices

- Measure the effectiveness of the team

- Effectively manage various domains projects

- Perform design review on regular basis with the team, customers and stakeholders

- Advocate user experience solutions, test and validate quantitively and qualitatively

 

Qualifications

- 5+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI

- Experience in rapid prototyping

- Experience in building UX competence, guiding and mentoring colleagues

- Experience in defining service offering will be a plus

- Excellent presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills

- Advanced level of English

- Readiness to travel on business
