We are looking for a Creative Director to organize and lead a world-class design team in fast growing production studio. You will be responsible for executing the project's vision. Besides, you'll take responsibility for team management and mentoring, as well as being a key member of the project leadership group.

Gameloft creates games for all digital platforms and has an audience of 157 million players. The company operates its own established franchises such as Asphalt®, Order & Chaos, Modern Combat, and Dungeon Hunter.

Your experience within the game concept art will have seen your work on multiple high-profile console titles in the course of your career. As a Creative Director, you'll have a demonstrable management track record and the opportunity to support, develop and inspire your team. We expect you to be flexible, highly motivated and approachable, with excellent communication skills honed by your experience of leading teams.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years' experience in game design and concept art

- One published title in a design leadership position or similar field

- Multiple high-profile published console titles

- A demonstrable track record of quality in your previous work

- Inspirational team management skills. Excellent communication skills.

- Working experience in open world or action/shooter genres is preferred, but not essential

- A genuine passion for games!
