We are looking for a Creative Director for console and mobile projects to bring new ideas and professional experience to our team. Let's make the future of game development together!

 

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience on a similar position;



- Solid background in mobile games production;



- Passionate and knowledgeable about the games business, with production, business development or creative background in the game industry; 



- End-to-end understanding of the game production process; 



- Excellent knowledge of market trends, games, and industry; 



- Well-networked in the game industry.



 

Responsibilities:

- Identifying and managing global partners to develop games full-cycle;



- Pitching game ideas to publishers (creating game concepts, making pitches, presenting them to partners); 



- Defining, planning and contributing to the short-term and long-term development portfolio;



- Cultivating and managing relationships with external partners to help ensure a good cross-studio environment; 



- Partnering closely with production and design teams to conceptualize, specify and implement engaging features, content & systems;



- Negotiating contracts for with partners;



- Participating in the branding and positioning processes.
