- SRM MANAGER, KYIV Our client is an international company, recognized world leader in the production of high quality food for cats and dogs announces competition for the position SRM MANAGER, Kyiv RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partners with Team to optimize brand pack-price architecture, driving consumer penetration and category profit pool; Partners with Team to develop pricing, pack and product mix guidelines; Partners with Team for SKU optimization and price point opportunities by channel Manages and monitors Retail Pricing Landscape and Pricing status; Develop Promotional Playbook to guide trade promotion strategy, spending and overall trade investment productivity; Conducts event-level Trade ROI analysis, and effectively communicates insights and findings to KAMs; Collaborates with Sales Directors / KAMs to design and deliver trade architecture strategy, routes to market (i.e., distributor/ wholesaler where applicable); Provide local estimation / assessment of regional elasticity assumption to give judgement of market readiness for price increases.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree/ Bachelor's degree; 3 years experience in Demand (Marketing) or Sales function in international FMCG company; Proven strong analytical skill set, good understanding of how customers think & act; Mix of Demand (Marketing) and Sales experience is preferred; SRM experience is desired; English is the Upper-Intermediate level.
