Ortnec - an international IT product company, engaged in multi-projects in the field of affiliate marketing and software development is looking for an experienced, open-minded and enthusiastic Technical Project / Product Manager who will take on the management of key in-house project with the goal of delivering on time, within budget and within scope.

About the project: we're developing the affiliate program from scratch in terms of traffic acquisition for the existing large-scale product in the online entertainment niche

Responsibilities:

Project Management

Manage project development from initiation (including breakdown structure) to successful completion; Develop functional and nonfunctional requirements if needed. Estimate required effort of work and time; Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved; Ensure all necessary project documentation starting from a strategy, ending with tech requirements and tech documentation and keep it up to date according to the business goals and deep understanding of the project; Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis; Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution;

Product Management

Monitor, analyze performance of the system features developed within project and correspondence to business goals and needs; New ideas tests and experiments; Develop plan of experiments, implementation, result analysis and take actions to use it (scale the best, avoid or minimize negative effects); Human resource planning, recruitment and team completement: ensure necessary amount of people with right qualification for all business processes; Work with all related parties to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing; Manage communication between parties. Act as a mediator between all team members, corporate departments and third party partners; Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to the product stakeholders;

Long-term responsibilities:

Develop road map/long term plan for the whole project to cover all business and operation processes and areas of the project; Solve Problems on all levels. Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, make recommendations and/or resolve the problem, take action to prevent same problem in future; Manage project expenses, detect potential negative financial effects and suggest possible solutions; Develop business processes, document all of them, set-up them through explaining, control and adjustments; Manage all resources(human/not human), including external vendor contacts and resource planning for all processes;

MUST:

5+ years of proven experience in the IT sphere, 3+ of them in project management roles; Deep knowledge of software development life cycle processes; Experience in business process optimization ( define bottlenecks, find possible solutions/ways to improve, choose an optimal variant, implement and adjust ); Extensive experience in working with KPIs; Solid experience in writing technical requirements and business documentation (strategy, business models, business processes); Proven experience in setup of business processes, their support and improvement; Good analytical, numerical and data management mindset; Fluent writing and speaking English;

BIG PLUS:

Strong technical background (previous work experience as QA / Developer etc); Successful launch of startup Experience in organization of business processes from scratch Experience in resources' hiring of any kind Proactive approach to problem solving Experience in the operational management Budgeting and P&L’s management In-depth understanding of all aspects of social media networks
