- What you will do:
Digital, SMM – Lead strategic review of the firm’s SMM presence, including providing counsel on integration of social media activities with the firm’s brand and communications program. Develop and implement the comprehensive digital communications and SMM strategy following the PR strategy in creative and innovative ways. Ensure consistent brand presence and firm voice across multiple social media channels. Manage corporate website. Compose engaging and informative content. Monitor social media posts across channels in accordance with reputation management.
Media relations – Manage media relations, including legal and business press, draft and issue press releases, articles, and other PR materials. Write talking points and develop presentation materials. Provide PR support for relevant events and thought leadership projects.
Associations – manage relations with business and legal associations. Work collaboratively with the wider team to develop innovative ideas for PR and marketing campaigns. Coordinate organization of PR projects and all related documentation with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Develop messages, create, review and edit content of communications materials including design to ensure content meets established corporate communications standards and guidelines before publication. Participate in external and internal activities designed to strengthen corporate reputation and improve business performance. Assist in budget planning and monitoring, daily business activities.
What you should be able to demonstrate:
Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or other related field Relevant experience in a similar role in law firm, consulting, services would be a plus Proven experience in working with media, digital, SMM skills, website Good understanding of Ukrainian legal services market Great communication and organization skills Initiative and assertive
