Manage and implement digital marketing strategy and oversee communications campaigns including web SEO/SEM, social media and other relevant channels to fuel online sales and increase brand awareness. Improve lead generation performance to ensure activities translate into new business enquiries. Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing activities continuously support the commercial goals. Support new product launch in Russia and CIS countries. Manage development of unified online and offline corporate branding standards for all countries in the region. Lead, manage and develop a high performing team.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with the focus in lead generation, e-commerce and online selling.
Experience in managerial role is essential.
Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, content advertising and other campaigns.
Strong knowledge of website analytics tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, energetic leader who will drive high performance motivated culture.
Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English.
