- Minimum 5yrs experience in marketing area having knowledge in key marketing processes such as product marketing, pricing, trade marketing and brand strategy
- Minimum BS or Bachelor of Business Administration degree
- Advanced Level of English
- Experience in Digital Marketing and ability to interpret digital marketing tools like Google Analytics
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Analytical Thinking and Strategic Mindset/Approach
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills
- Availability of driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad

Job Summary
- To prepare and implement the brand marketing strategies and as a result of this to determine the marketing objectives and to manage all marketing activities in the region so that we can reach the business objectives in Ukraine market
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy and Management
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the target group, competitors as well as industrial trends and developments for the brands under responsibility via regular market researches (via field marketing and/or 3rd party research agencies) and using this market information to prepare and update the country marketing strategies
- Preparing and Implementing the Country Marketing Strategies in line with PLSTR company strategy and in cooperation with the central marketing team in Turkey
- Establishing/Adapting and executing the brand architecture and identity when necessary
- Representing the brand in the industrial strategic platforms and cooperating with industrial associations for maximizing the brand visibility in the market
- Developing and implementing attractive consumer activities and organizations so that they become brand ambassadors of us
- Product Marketing Management
- Preparing and reporting price benchmarks regularly to central product marketing team in Turkey for key products and competitors so that we can determine and adapt product marketing strategies in the country
- Designing and proposing the trade marketing and sales campaigns to generate demand on our products and solutions in the market in line with the marketing strategy
- Leading the forecasting process for the countries under responsibility in cooperation with country sales and central product marketing team in Turkey
- Playing active role in new product development process by closely following up the market demand and trends in the country
- Preparing monthly marketing update presentation (including the key developments in the country, updates on key projects and issues, product sales performances, etc) and report to the Marketing GM on monthly basis
- Brand Strategy Implementation and Brand Check
- Preparing the marketing communication budget in line with the brand marketing strategy and besides monitoring and reporting on monthly basis regularly
- Preparing and implementing the media planning in line with marketing communication plan; reporting and analyzing the results following media plan activation
- Remaining in continuous coordination and cooperation with the central marketing team in Turkey to adapt the company marketing strategy to Ukraine market.
- Cooperating with other departments in the company to implement the marketing strategies properly
- Finding and managing the relevant 3rd party agencies such as digital marketing agencies, signboard producers, PR agencies by fulfilling the proper purchasing and contract processes in line with corporate rules
- Reviewing and approving the brand implementations in the sales points and communication media (digital and conventional) in line with brand guideline and rules
- Digital Marketing Communication
- Preparing and implementing the digital communication strategy and plan in line with country marketing strategy
- Using the digital channels (where applicable) for national, regional brand and/or product campaigns
- Analyzing and reporting the digital communication campaign (Google search, GDN, Youtube, Social media etc) results with respect to sales, lead and/or brand positioning targets and taking the necessary corrective actions when required
- Determining the required investments regarding the digital platforms in line with digital strategy
- Content Management
- Determining short-term and long-term content strategies in line with the marketing strategy
- Managing the brand websites as well as other digital platforms (webpush, social media, blog etc) in line with the content strategies
- Reviewing and approving the contents prepared by content agencies and product marketing with respect to the editorial concept, visual design
- Initiating cooperation with 3rdparties and projects to increase the brand awareness and/or preference
