Requirements:

Professional graduate marketing (CIM); Proven track record as a marketer; Confident, dynamic and active leader; Excellent language skills (oral and written) — Ukrainian, Russian and English upper intermediate and higher!; Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe PhotoShop; Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to distinguish the original branding opportunities.

Duties:

Development and implementation of the Brand (s) strategy; Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products; Supervision of the implementation of marketing strategies — including shares, events, digital marketing and PR; Working closely with the sales department, helping them to meet their business objectives by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations; Conduct daily activities marketing team; Ensure the implementation of the marketing team goals; Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs; Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition; Development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for the organization; Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends; Monitor the advertising budget, to keep accurate records and highlight problems. Provide all the necessary reports — daily, monthly, yearly .
