We invite those who fired up to: Creating, maintaining, and optimising existing emails, SMS & Push notifications; Creating content for all communication channels; Generating and testing hypotheses and approaches for general improvements of CRM Communications; Working with the clients’ base: segmentation and analysis; Creating, developing, and optimising communication sequences (Email/SMS/Push), as well as triggered sends and promo sends; Performing A/B tests; Cooperating with the CRM team on complex tasks; Creating tasks for the design team and maintain its readiness. Essential professional experience: At least 1-year experience as an Email Marketer or CRM Communications Manager; Content writing skills (English only); Knowledge of the basic CRM communications performance metrics (Email/SMS/Push); Knowledge of Internet marketing trends in general and email marketing in particular. Desirable skills and personal features: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how HTML emails are built; Experience with Salesforce, Figma, Notion, Asana; Knowledge of sports and sporting events is welcome but not mandatory; Experience with outbound calls; Creativity, self-sufficiency, responsibility, and performance; Experience in gambling/betting industry.
