Hi, I’m Yury Uskov, CEO and founder of iSpring, a technology company which offers solutions and apps for eLearning and corporate training. I created iSpring Solutions in 2006 in Yoshkar-Ola. Our head office is still there, but we sell our products all over the world, with the main markets in the US, Canada and Europe. Sales in Russia account for only about 20% of the company’s revenue. Google, Sony, Microsoft, Yandex, Adidas, Tesla, Starbucks, Lukoil, Boeing, Aeroflot, and many other companies use iSpring software and services. We have solutions for both large corporate clients, and for small businesses and individuals. Overall 48,000 companies trust iSpring.

Our aim is to become the leader in the global eLearning market. In order to achieve this goal, we need to expand our market presence by attracting new customers through digital channels. Now we are looking for a digital marketing professional. Each month, thousands of prospects get to our website from Yandex, Google, and Bing searches, and from social media (Facebook and LinkedIn). Your goal is to increase the amount of targeted traffic and conversion rates. The main expected result is new leads (visitors’ contacts and trial downloads) and new clients.

What you will do:

- search, test, and create new communication channels to attract B2B customers;

- analyze competitors’ communication strategy;

- meet daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets;

- use up-to-date techniques of increasing website conversion rates;

- prepare weekly reports on each channel.

We expect that you:

- have previous experience in B2B internet marketing;

- have a profound knowledge of Google.Analytics, Yandex.Метрика, and digital marketing principles;

- know how to build an end-to-end analytics framework;

- like working with metrics and numbers, understand what influences conversion and know how to improve it;

- know how to use HADI cycles to increase KPI;

- love to learn and follow all the trends in your professional field;

- can clearly present your findings and ideas both orally and in writing;

- are a team player;

- are able to get the job done and complete projects;

You can expect from us:

- a comfortable office in the central part of Yoshkar-Ola. If you reside in another city, we’ll assist with relocation and compensate rent costs. - ₽70K+ salary plus bonuses, and we expect that you will make it to ₽120K by the end of the year;
