Description:

Our growing team needs pragmatic and experienced DevOps to join! We need you to build and maintain our deployment (review, development, staging, production) environments. We need you to help us work faster and think less about deployment and infrastructure. We really need you to understand us as developers, understand what are we doing, how do we do it, and what problems we have. We need you to help us to solve this problems and build infrastructure that unifies development output, follow our processes that we will build together.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

+ At least one language from python or golang

+ Proficient in shell scripting

+ Key software design principle (separation of concerns, single responsibility, DRY, etc)

+ In-depth understanding of Linux architecture, networking and kernel tuning

+ Administration experience of unix family (commands, console)

+ Git repository, branching and merging

+ Hands-on experience with Docker

+ Comfortable with large-scale, highly-available distributed systems

+ Experience with Kubernetes orchestration

+ Microservices architecture

+ Knowledge of Web technologies: HTTP and WebSocket, services, browsers

+ Skills to build/maintain production-level infrastructures in AWS environment

+ English (intermediate)

Would be a plus:

+ Configuration management systems: Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet Chef

+ Prometheus monitoring tool

+ Agile software development methodology

+ Proficiency in principles and features of Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS

+ Experience with nginx, Apache
