- What you will do:
Plan and execute ways for us to scale our community, from designing digital campaigns to polishing engagement templates and moderating forum conversations. Day-to-day community engagement on all social pages Collaborating with the broader social strategy team and creative teams on content calendar ideation and development Contributing to reporting workstreams to track community management efforts against overarching brand goals
Qualifications:
Prior community management experience for a large brand or demonstrable experience building personal online personas or accounts with strong engagement Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their respective strengths, nuances, success metrics, and relevant demographics Top-notch writing and customer service skills: communicate concisely yet warmly over various media Proven success working in fast-paced, super-collaborative team environments Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
