Reporting to: Marketing and Communications Manager.

Key responsibilities:

With the Marketing and Communications Manager develop and implement an appropriate engagement strategy for each social media channel.

Execute the school content strategy across all school communication channels including News & Blogs and Social media.

Manage the content on the school website.

Source original local content to amplify the global NAE calendar: engage with academic staff throughout the school to collect news, work with external contributors.

Deliver monthly Newsletter.

Monitor key social media metrics and other communication performance indicators.

Regularly review the quality of internal and external facing materials (school marketing collateral, advertising materials etc.) and provide their timely update.

Develop the photography and videography repository for the school.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills both in English and Russian.

Excellent copywriting skills in English (minimum 2 years working in English copywriting, journalism or related discipline).

Experience of writing across a diverse range of on- and off-line media in English and a deep understanding of how to optimise content for each of them.

Strong organisational skills.

Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.

Photographic and videography skills.

Strong aesthetic eye in evaluating collateral – both in terms of design and in terms of driving. effective behaviour change.

Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand.

Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure.
