Company: International FMCG company

Main goal: Develop and execute local brand strategy and concept in line with global brand platform. Build Strong Brand to achieve targeted equity, sales & profit KPI’s

Main requirements:



- Higher education (marketing preferably)

- 3 years of relevant marketing or marketing-related experience in the international company (luxury segment)

- Fluent English (is must)

- Knowledge of the market’s laws and creating demands for goods

- Knowledge of market-specific needs of products, promotions, and creative concepts

- Knowledge of economics, marketing, organization of labor and management



Main duties:



- Develop and implement full Brand Plan for the brands

- Align & run budget on a regular basis. Ensure optimal allocation of ATL & BTL expenditures, full budget control

- Accountable for the development, implementation and control of 360 brand engagement activities based on positioning and brand platform through close collaboration with Communication, Trade marketing & Sales departments. Post campaign evaluation and feedback

- Lead ‘Brand Activation Calendar’ & responsible for its excellent execution; by monthly presentation update to Sales, communication & Trade marketing team

- Leadership on driving Event, PR & Brand Image Building Activities: from idea generation (Brief) to launch; Close participation with ‘Communication’ department as well as working closely with third party suppliers & agencies

- Develop detailed New product launch plan: Event & PR, on trade – off trade activation

- Provide/deliver clear consumer insights (competitor activity, consumer needs, segmentation and value proposition) to the sales team of the distributor

- Monitor the market on the regular basis; Internal Sales analysis by brand, by channel/by region

- Monitor & constant tracking of POSM stock; Optimal allocation

- Good team work on the daily basis; Generate ideas & out of box thinking
