We are looking for Account manager in our Moscow office.

We see a huge demand for our product in the Russian market and also aim at developing a new level of relationship with our largest customers, referral sales and solution implementation based on iDeals technologies.

We’d love to see you as a part of our team if you have:

At least 1-year experience of building strong relationships with clients from B2B / B2C segment;

English C1-C2;

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Client-oriented thinking, emotional intelligence;

Excellent communication and presentation skills;

High level of learning abilities (for more information);

Organization, openness, kindness and sense of humor;

Analytical skills and attention to detail;

Will be a plus:

Experience in the field of IT;

Experience in handling key customers of Enterprise segment;

Experience with CRM;

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting successful introductory (onboarding) trainings for new customers;

Timely processing of requests from customers;

In-depth analysis of customer requirements, look for optimal solutions for product use

Work with the referral program (customer reviews and positive feedback about them);

Work with product improvement requests;

Personal meetings with clients;
