We are looking for
Jewelry CAD designer - 3 members +
Basic english knowledge - 2 years experience in jewelry design and manufacturing industry - with full ability create CAD jewelry pieces from 2D drawing, prepare for printing , make High Quality renders for SM, store, be creative.
Designer Scope of Work includes working on uploading and creating listings on the web store, creating realistic 5-6 pictures for each listing and re-rendering existing models. Systematically convert and upload to Clio service, provide tech support and ring size adjustment for each order. Be able to create and upload product listings and upload them to Giliarto store on shopify, Etsy, Wedding Wire
Weekly report of projects status/complications- written and verbal discussions see more details about reports
All design ideas changes must be discussed and approved by the CEO of Giliarto or Majority of the team members.
Giliarto LLC promises
After 3 months of trial we will evaluate the performed services based on communications skills , tasks completion, work quality, professional attitude, time worked on the projects, weekly meetings attendance, and ideas contributed.
Giliarto LLC promises 3% of company ownership after passing the trial time upon evaluation and review of the Partner’s performance.
Share gain depends on the growth of company sales. After the trial ends the partners will share profits based on agreed-upon percentage, until the company's annual revenue reaches USD $500,000 with respected minimum USD $300,000 profits (after tax and fees ). Then all partners will switch to salary- based employment starting from USD $50,000 and including 3-6% of company profit share with possibility of USA working visa if partner wishes - discussion needed notes -
PROFIT - means pure revenues after all taxes and fees paid by Giliarto LLC after production costs, ads,tax,rents and other related expenses.
