Job Description: Foreign company's operation legal support in terms of logistics and transportation Development and support of business agreements (legal examination of all civil agreement types) Handling claims and issues Labor law, taxation Customs Law, warehouse logistics International Law Corporate Law (constituent documents amendment, changes to Unified State Register of Legal Entities data, etc.) Legal risks minimizing, reduction of possible negative consequences in terms of financial and economic company activities Monitoring of any Legislation amendments and changes, controlling of existing documents legal compliance Representing company in courts and other related governmental departments (incl. handling requests from Federal Tax Service, Federal Bailiff Service, Ministry of Home Affairs, The Prosecutor’s Office Service, etc.)

Requirements:

Kindly note, only candidates with advanced English level will be considered. Do not respond if lower. Higher Education of Legal field (preferably State St. Petersburg University) Equal work experience of 3 years and above within logistics/transportation business Customs law experienced Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, “Consultant +”) Fluent spoken and written English (upper-intermediate and above) Highly stress resistant, social, ability to handle big workload

Terms and conditions:

Fixed term contract due to the maternity leave. Transfer to permanent term contract is possible. It is necessary to get to work in December. Work in foreign company, office is located in the business center, metro "Komendantsky prospect"/ "Staraya derevnya", 5-day working week, working hours from 9:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m. Official employment and salary, probation period - 3 months. Voluntary health insurance is provided after one year in the company.
