Описание

We are looking for Paralegal, Junior Lawyer to the international legal company Law&Trust Int.

 

Requirements (desirable exp.):

 

- Working experience in the area of international law is desirable;

- Fluency in English;

- Working experience with non-resident companies (foreign, off-shores, on-shores);

- Working experience in support of bank accounts opening to non-residents;

- Working experience with merchant accounts is desirable;

- Working experience in intellectual property area is desirable (DMCA, WIPO, OHIM etc);

- Experience in registration and support of non-resident companies in different jurisdictions;

- Under 30 years;

 

Working conditions:

- Office in downtown Kiev. (Pecherska metro station);

- Working hours from 10 a.m to 7 p.m (flexible hour of lunch break);

 

Responsibilities (general):

- Registration of non-resident companies;

- Opening bank accounts;

- Tax planning;

- Drafting legal opinions;

- Contractual work.
