We invite those who fired up to: Assist in contractual work (drafting and reviewing); Assist in the administration of trademarks and domain names (registration, maintenance, licensing, protection); Conduct preliminary legal researches (Ukrainian and foreign legislation, social networks and service provider’s public policies etc.); Assist in dispute resolutions processes (contract breaches, IP infringements, cybersquatting, third-party claims); Assist with ad-hoc tasks arising from legal department projects. Essential professional experience: Law degree; 2+ years of professional experience; Experience in drafting and reviewing of contracts, understanding of the contracting process; Basic understanding of intellectual property and procedures of IP rights acquisition and protection; Advanced English, including legal drafting, fluent Ukrainian and Russian; High analytical skills, attention to details.
