We are looking for a Lawyer who will join our Legal Team. In this role you will have a wide range of duties with supporting UNIQLO business in Russia from legal prospective dealing with both legal routine and special projects within dynamic retail environment.

Your responsibilities:

Contract management for different departments, maintaining document flow Lease management, communicating with landlords and dealing with registration process of lease agreements Replies to customers and other correspondence prepared by legal department Being responsible for notary service and PoAs and interaction with government authorities, courts and law firms Participating in organization of different trainings for company employees on legal matters Fulfilling other duties of the legal department, supporting other departments and stores from legal prospective

We require:

Degree in Law (completed higher education) Relevant work experience of min. 1 year in a retail company (fashion retail is preferred) Very good knowledge of Russian legislation, including civil code, law about protection of consumers' rights, insurance legislation, etc. Ability to work with huge amount of documents, information, good knowledge of Word and Excel Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written (advanced) Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently or with a team
