Axon is looking for an IT Lawyer, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Требования: 

- 1+ year of professional experience, preferable in the software development sphere;

- Understanding of intellectual property protection;

- Understanding of data protection;

- Good knowledge of the contractual process;

- Bachelor's degree in Law;

- Upper-Intermediate English in order to communicate with US/EU-based clients.

 

Обязанности: 

- Efficient legal support of the everyday company's activity;

- Maintenance of current legal documents and making changes/adjustments;

- Draft and proofread contracts and corporate documentation;

- Maintenance of current legal documents and making changes/adjustments if needed;

- Research, anticipate and guard the company against legal risks.
