- We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Associate to join our Corporate and M&A Practice. Job duties: Preparing legal memoranda, legal opinions and otherwise advising clients on a wide range of general corporate matters, general contractual matters, investment matters, securities law and regulatory matters Advising on structuring investments both offshore and onshore Conducting legal due diligences as a part of the project team Participating in M&A transactions as a part of the project team both on the buyer and on the seller sides (assisting in preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents, full transaction support) Setting up companies, corporate and business units in Ukraine and worldwide Key requirements: 3-5 years of work experience in a law firm with strong knowledge of civil law and corporate law concepts Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, legal memoranda, transactional documents in English, Ukrainian, Russian Advanced MS Office skills Strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach to work, initiative Willingness to build a career on a longstanding basis Ability and willingness to study Would be an advantage: Knowledge of basic concepts of accounting, corporate finance and business We offer: Competitive salary and compensation program Friendly atmosphere Opportunity to participate in the most interesting corporate projects and high-profile M&A transactions across various industries Opportunity for professional and personal development
