Web Product Manager

We are looking for an IT Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products, building a benchmarking reporting system. Manages the IT Web development team and implementing best practices for web development Monitors and coordinates a team of Developers, prioritizes tasks and manages IT resources according to product development plan and urgent needs Manages the implementation of the upgrades Brings new products to the market. Prepares return-on-investment analyses of new products by developing time-integrated plans with C level management, business development, sales, and IT production Growth hacking Analyses the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible product solutions. Oversees the latest product developments and comes up with ways that the product can be applied to make the business more efficient and successful. Creates, develops and oversees protocols and procedures for its usage. Cooperation with business development manager to adapt to the market development strategy

Profile:

University Degree or extensive work experience in a similar position At least 4 years of experience in Web Product Management, Web Project Management or e-commerce Experience in market analysis Experience in growth-hacking Experience in Start-ups and launching new products on the market Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices Experience with database management Familiarity with Project management principles Experience with Information system troubleshooting Demonstrated skill in developing automated business systems Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience Energetic, innovative, enjoys new challenges You are fluent in Russian and English
