ScienceSoft, a global IT consulting and software development company, is looking for a Training Content Designer

You will work within the Marketing team to increase customer support and drive effective knowledge/skill transfer by creating comprehensive training presentations for external needs. Training presentations will illustrate the scope of IT solutions implemented for Customers, their features and value for end users. Additionally, it can be pure training programs for Customers (e.g., the case when a Customer bought/deployed a new software product and doesn’t know it in details). Our ideal candidates are:

specialists with analytical skills who see themselves in graphic design field; talented graphic design beginners who combine visual and analytical ways of thinking.

Responsibilities:

transforming technical information about the delivered software (user manuals, technical documentation) into learner-centric, results-focused training content by presenting the practical value of the delivered functionality for end users; designing training programs dedicated to specific knowledge areas (e.g., big data) for external needs based on the technical team input; communicating with project team members to get a detailed view of the training subject; continuously build and improve understanding services ScienceSoft provides to Customers; follow guidelines to ensure consistency with brand and product positioning.

Requirements:

ability to quickly understand how software works and visually explain it to others; deep knowledge of MS PowerPoint; experience with design applications (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator); intermediate English (as training presentations contain text as well); experience in IT or other high-tech is an advantage.
