We are experts in building and supporting software products for the medical industry. We currently have an opening for a Technical support specialist position in our Minsk office.

Potential candidates must both speak (without thick accent) and write top-notch English, be hardworking and dependable, easy to get on with, be able to soak up loads of information, handle high pressure and be willing to work from 5 PM till 1 AM (Minsk time) Monday through Friday.

You will be engaged in:

• Helping and advising English speaking customers from the USA and Canada over the phone

• Identifying, researching and resolving technical issues through Zendesk tickets

• Documenting, tracking and monitoring issues to ensure their timely resolution

• Following up with customers regularly in their requests

• Creating, reviewing and updating technical articles in the knowledge base

• Working closely with other departments to maintain a high level of customer service
