Job Description
As a support specialist, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the solution developed by Netcosports. In case of issues you will answer customers and follow the procedure to achieve a first level of maintenance tasks.
Tasks can include intervention on our infrastructure as well as questions raised by our customers.
You will participate to the quality insurance process, that is too say:
- Manual / Automatic testing;
- Bug report;
- Documentation.
You will be a part of a team of support engineers.
As a technical support specialist, you may also be known as a helpdesk operator, technician or maintenance engineer.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English (+1 more foreign language will be a plus);
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Polite and communicative personality;
- Process oriented;
- Technical support experience will be a plus;
- Desire to develop and learn;
- Can work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to respond to customer complaints, requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Making appropriate decisions about priorities;
- Report issues to JIRA.
