Support specialist WANTED
We are a fast growing software company focusing on accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero.) with the majority of customers from the USA and Canada region. We are looking for a person for both office and remote work with the major tasks in support and customers relations spheres.

We are looking for a person on a full/part-time (second part of the day is must) basis:
Good English skills (upper intermediate, both written and spoken) Fast keyboard typing Knowledge in IT sphere (any degree will be a preference) Skills in copywriting (blogs, articles etc) Goal achievement orientation Stress Resistance Willingness to help others Desire to study and improve your skillsResponsibilities:
Provide support for several software products (accounting sphere) via emails, support chat, phone calls and video conferences
You’ll assist customers of our products in installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading, and disposal
Organize Demo presentations
Write articles on a Bookkeeping and Accounting topic for the blog
Actively participate in customers behavior researches
