Creatio team is looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Enterprise Accounts) in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this position you will be responsible for the sales strategy and tactics development and implementation regarding Enterprise Accounts. Your key goal will be to generate revenue through direct sales. You will also become Creatio products' ambassador the entire USA and EMEA markets.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of successful experience in selling software, SaaS or technology and/or consultancy services, B2B sales

- Experience in closing large and enterprise size deals

- Strong multi-disciplinary management experience

- Proven leadership, networking, persuasion and management skills

- Full understanding of the software industry

 

PERFECT CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:

- Strategic approach and the ability to solve unstructured business problems

- High-energy and result-oriented hunter focused on building productive relationships at the top levels of enterprises

- Able to present a demo, create and identify customer needs

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development:

- manage business development opportunities and partnerships that are consistent with the company's strategy for sustainable revenue growth

- originate and manage a full sales cycle

Marketing:

- help in developing marketing strategies of leads generation

- ensure lead generation on a sufficient level to reach the company's growth objectives

- boost Creatio's brand and product awareness

- establish a substantial presence in the American market

Channels:

- acquire the necessary channels capable of delivering professional services

- establish, create and build a network of partners and alliances

- lead the network and team of partners by encouraging them to reach their quota

Collaboration:

- work closely with the other Creatio offices to ensure efficient resources usage and information exchange
