International software technological Company — iDeals Solutions (www.idealsvdr.com) opens a new position of Product Marketing Manager in its Kiev office.

Responsibilities:

Build market intelligence — be an expert in your buyers and competition, systematize and continuously update knowledge base of product and market intelligence;
Develop target audiences: buyer personas profiles and user roles;
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiate iDeals and clearly articulate the value proposition that addresses our customer’s challenges and needs;
Partner with Product Management to help with shaping product roadmap and vision;
Plan GTM launches and manage the cross-functional execution of plans with Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams;
Develop marketing messages, pricing strategies and policies;
Manage internal and external product launch process, including partnering with Product Management in developing the messaging, sales assets and communications strategy for customers and the media;
Generate ideas and create the most important parts of content which will be used by Marketing, Content, Sales and Support teams for producing relevant and effective content;
Contribute into production of content in a variety of formats — multimedia videos, webinars, data sheets, presentations, white papers, battle cards, landing pages, etc.;
Enable sales organization to effectively understand and sell products;
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure that messaging is consistent and aligned with product capabilities and sales needs and to help with expanding to the new markets.

Requirements:

Masters’s Degree in marketing, business or engineering;
3+ years of software product marketing, or solutions marketing experience, IT start ups, B2B;
Successful experience in Go-to-market strategy development;
A real passion for great products;
Experience with Data analysis, strong research skills;
Client orientation;
Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation abilities;
Product-oriented thinking;
Proactivity;
People management skills;
Team player;
Fluent written and spoken English.
