Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Product Management Office Coordinator to join our team and become a part of the dynamic and progressive environment.

PdMO Coordinator will build and support the internal communication through correct, timely and exciting messaging (text, video, audio, visual); will arrange and support activities from the initial stage of idea and format through implementation and post-summary; will work closely with PdM Competency Manager to develop Product Management office inside and outside SoftServe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize internal events on behalf of the Product Management Office
Generate ideas and approaches to improve the success/effectiveness of the activities conducted
Calculate budgets and ensure adherence
Select and cooperate with vendors and suppliers
Coordinate and Supervise all operations, vendors, etc
Promote PdM community/-ies, activities, ideas, mission
Ensure smooth event implementation and mitigate related risks, or ad hoc issues
Prepare summary reports from events
Develop strategies for marketing campaigns and implementation of projects
Align and comply with company policies, Cooperate with colleagues and other departments
Be a partner in crime for building one of the best offices at SoftServe

Requirements:

Education —

Doesn`t matter. Ability to learn quickly and be self-driven means more
Marketing background and experience in event organization is a plus

Specialized knowledge —

English language level — Upper-Intermediate and above
Ukrainian language level — proficiency

Experience —

Industry related experience of 1+ years is a plus
