Position duties:

• Processing the received information (requests) from managers, customers and distributors;

• Communication with distributors and end customers;

• Selection of the necessary equipment in the project, validation of the received specifications for health and correctness;

• Drawing up specifications with the description of characteristics;

• Work with equipment, setting up, installation on the customer's premises. Customization, customer demonstration, etc.;

• Conducting an analysis-audit of server systems, existing customers' capacities, with the subsequent issuance of results and the justification of the necessary upgrades, etc .;

• Primary processing of information from the customer about the warranty equipment.

Position Requirements:

• Experience of at least 2 years as a technical specialist, system engineer, product manager, with equipment from “HUAWEI” manufacturers or other brands such as “Dell”, “HP”, “Cisco”, “Lenovo”, etc .;

• Experience with IT and IP equipment “HUAWEI”, “Dell”, “HP”, “Cisco”, “Lenovo”, etc., orientation in brands, knowledge of server hardware. Experience in configuring hardware and FusionSphere, Windows Server, VMware vSphere;

• Knowledge of the technical characteristics of the equipment, the main distinguishing features of the equipment of competing manufacturers;

• Experience in the design and planning of server capacities of customers, with different configurations, manufacturers' portals, experience with specifications;

• Experience in conducting audits of server systems;

• Knowledge of English (understanding of technical documentation and communication with the manufacturer);

• Competent speech, the ability to establish contacts with people;

• Technical certificates are welcome;

• Ability to work with large amounts of information;

• The presence of a personal car and the rights of category "B" (preferably).
