PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This position is for a PR specialist who will join AMC Bridge ‘Marketing & PR' team. The individual will assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to help in opening new branch office in Lviv as well as researching local IT market and taking all the planned PR actions to support further branch office development
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of IT industry experience on the relevant position
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
Good knowledge of IT market and tendencies or eagerness to learn about it
EDUCATION: Higher education in field of: Public Relations, Marketing, Economics, Journalism or related fields
REQUIREMENTS:
Oversee implementation of marketing strategy including digital marketing campaigns, offline events, and PR activities
Experience in holding marketing researches and market analytic reports preparations
Ability to both work independently, take initiative and be a part of the team
Knowledge of the methods and means available to create content across a variety of media
Advanced written Ukrainian, English, Russian
Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Creativity and visual intelligence skills
High interest to Informational Technologies
High level of working with PC, web applications
Proficient PowerPoint skills
As a Plus:
Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled to moderating a seminar and contacting local media
Strong relationships with business and industry media outlets / influencers
DUTIES:
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding local office PR strategy
Support in development of a local marketing communications plan, content and media relations strategy for the new branch office opening
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Organizing seminars and local tech events
Create content for press releases, articles and keynote presentations
Working with brand identity and ordering corporate souvenirs
Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, promotional videos, photographs
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis to promote the local branch office
Build relationships with opinion leaders to grow local industry awareness
Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
