Requirements:



- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with mobile and web applications used at large scale

- Highly proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision or similar tools

- Ability to convey concepts through wireframes, flows, storyboards, and mockups

- Proven ability to enhance and integrate new workflows and techniques

- Ability to plan data-driven design experiments and conduct A/B tests to discover the right UX iteratively

- Ability to make things beautiful using a strong understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space

- Command over the written, oral, and visual presentation of your work

- Experienced in best design practices, Agile/Scrum, and collaborative development processes

- English - Upper-intermediate



As a plus:



- Experience in designing immersive AR/VR applications, 3D modeling and 360 videos

- Knowledge in web and mobile based technologies such as Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android Studio, Swift, etc.



- Experience leading design teams through complicated and uncertain situations

- Experience in mentoring designers

- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit



Responsibilities:



- Continuously evolve designs based on user feedback and test results to ensure solutions deliver real value to customers

- Identify, discuss, and execute opportunities for improvements to the client experience, products, tools, etc., and actively improve the scope of knowledge, refine designs, and recommend improved solutions through market research and customer data

- Be a leader in the Design Team by exploring/optimizing new workflows, tools, techniques, and working with the team to implement what works into our core process

- Represent the Design Team in business meetings by speaking to our process and capabilities

- Be a mentor for designers to help them grow and develop their skills

- Lead and manage the Design Team in the ideation and experience design of complex web & mobile solutions, which involves defining data architecture and interfaces, and determining business rules, design interactions, and flow
