We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer on a full-time basis, to work on interesting projects in our Minsk office.
Notime AG is a young high growth startup company, developing and operating a logistics platform for same-day deliveries. We are connecting people with online shops by delivering the ordered products (food, e-commerce, pharmacy, etc.) to the doorsteps or allowing them to pick them up at a designated pickup location.
The platform we are building consists of an API for customers to submit orders, numerous web applications to manage and track the orders, several mobile/tablet apps for drivers and server-based algorithms for optimized allocations, routes and handling of the orders. The server structure is written in .NET, MS SQL and hosted in MS Azure.
The main requirements for the position
At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET with main focus on web technologies A deep knowledge of .NET ecosystem and web architecture best practices and patterns Good understanding and experience with cloud technologies, ideally with Azure Experience leading a team or the ambition to grow into a team lead position Good experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Excellent communication skills Upper-intermediate or higher level of EnglishMain responsibilities
Develop and improve notime platform using C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API, Xamarin and MS Azure as part of a highly motivated team Lead the existing team of developers and QA engineers, making use of your excellent interpersonal and communication skills Guide and enhance coding standards and best practices Lead/contribute in architecture, code review and development processesWe offer
