Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Casino Manager to plan and deliver the game content roadmap. Configure, test and launch new content on a weekly basis, in line with the Casino strategy; Liaise with 3rd party casino software suppliers to resolve issues and drive development; Assist the Casino Manager in building a promotional schedule which supports the business strategy; Be a back office super user in all key product and marketing areas - bonus & game configuration, game limits and exposure, loyalty, player messaging; Managing and optimising the range of games and content of casino product; Day to day product operations, adding new games to the existing portfolio and carrying out UAT to ensure games are functioning smoothly; Prepare campaigns and promotions (including T&Cs) in accordance with the procedures; Deal with customer service escalations and issues.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrating a passion for continually improving customer experience; Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to the implementation stage; Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams; Driven and enthusiastic individual; Organised self-starter; Ability to manage multiple projects essential; Ability to build relationships quickly with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers; Flexible working hours; Knowledge of English and Russian.
