Job Description
Role:
You will develop and implement strategies and plans to fulfill DEPlabs staffing needs for its newly established development center in Kyiv, Ukraine.
DEPlabs is a private California-based digital commerce agency servicing enterprise-level retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and brands since 2004. We are pioneers in ecommerce technology and innovation, and we work with leading technology vendors including KIBO (Marketlive), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), Netsuite, Magento, and others. Among our clients are Johnson & Johnson, Enesco, Mars, M&M’s, Mizuno, Gold’s Gym and numerous other global and regional leaders in their respective industry verticals. As we are growing across our service practices that include digital strategy, digital marketing, ecommerce technology, systems integration, we have a number of engineering positions open in our newly established development center in Ukraine. Responsibilities:
You will:
● Partner with hiring managers.
● Develop and execute recruiting plans.
● Prepare job descriptions, and place vacancies in media.
● Screen potential candidates according to the open vacancies and job descriptions.
● manage the recruiting process.
● Conduct competency based interviews.
● Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
● Manage the feedback processes.
● Network through IT industry contacts, association memberships, and IT communities.
You will report to Managing Director, Ukraine.

Requirements:
● You are aware of business processes in IT service and/or IT product businesses.
● You have a good practical knowledge of IT recruitment processes and procedures.
● You have been working at an established IT company or IT recruitment agency.
● You have delivered results while working independently and on a team.
● You have strong communication skills.
● Your English proficiency level is C1 (SEFR), or TOEFL iBT 85-90.
