International School of Moscow, part of international group of Nord Anglia Education schools, is looking for a self-driven person who will advocate and commit managing the School Information Technology & Communication support for the administration and teaching staffs as well as students.

As a qualified IT Manager you will be a highly skilled, customer focused person, who enjoys being in an interesting and challenging position that utilises both your technical abilities and also your excellent project management skills.

You will be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable and be driven to strive for continuous improvement as part of a school management team.

Reporting

In school: Head of Administration/Principal

Regional level: Regional IT Director

Requirements

Bachelor degree in ideally IT or computer science Min of 3 years hands-on IT experience in a mixed technical environment 2 years of IT department management experience ITIL Foundation Level qualification or above Experience with hardware and software lifecycle management, enterprise security and backup systems Experience in data protection regulation in Russia Experience in vendor and subcontractors management Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, maintain composure under pressure and deadlines Excellent written and spoken English and Russian Dress code compliance

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant subject, CCNP, ITIL, Project management and MCSA qualification and a customer service experience. Experience in education or learning environment would be beneficial. We would also value if you would have:

Experience with Cisco Networking and VoIP systems would be beneficial Experience administering Active Directory, Office 365 Hands-on experience with Apple Products ( macOS, iOS ) Understanding of network switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs

Responsibilities

Ensure no interruptions in the school-wide Helpdesk management. Ensure resolutions of IT issues reported by staff, referring to external organisations where necessary and keeping staff informed of progress with solutions Maintain all necessary records and documentation including network maps, inventories and details of licenses, warranties and equipment checks as necessary. Create processes and workflows for centralised and automated laptop deployments using DeployStudio, Munki, and MDM profiles Be responsible for managing technical aspects of the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, maintain the School’s IT hardware, software and network infrastructure Be key contact across business groups within the organisation in regards to IT infrastructure Implement School and Group IT policies, procedures for compliance with the requirements of Personal Data Protection law FZ-152 and GDPR if applicable Plan, develop and implement IT budget and IT investments budget Be responsible for the pricing and procurement of IT devices, software, repairs contracts (including completing appropriate order forms, following procurement and CapEx procedures, etc.). Line manage IT Technicians including their induction, training, schedule of holidays and performance management IT equipment assets and IT software licenses management (local compliance paperwork, including assets registration, end of lifecycle disposal, etc.)
