As an Information Security Specialist you will have the opportunity to contribute to our on-going success by delivering quality and timely technical services for on-going Public Financial Management reform. During the implementation of our FreeBalance Government Resource Planning (GRP) solution, you will draw upon your technical expertise of Information Security to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and data of our customers.
Main Responsibilities
Design networks with the appropriate levels of security to enable end user access to the FreeBalance Government Resource Planning (GRP) solution;
Deploy both Hardware and Network products for Government Data Centres;
Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information;
Identify and define system security requirements;
Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cyber security designs;
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols;
Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices;
Learn and understand clients' current technical and security environment and recommend possible modifications to ensure optimum integration with the FreeBalance;
Document security incidents and solutions and
Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement.
Qualifications
Must have University Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer engineering, or equivalent.
5 years of experience working in the Information Technology sector
Ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the field of information security system
Experience with implementation and passing of the Ukrainian State Examination of the Information Security System in at least in two (2) projects
Experience in at least one ICT public project will be preferred
Knowledge local legislative requirements of ICT and security system implementation
Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian, other languages considered an asset
