Responsibilities
Support of full cycle HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, retention, performance review, talent development); Provide advice to people managers and team members on all performance related issues, including special programs for high potential talent, development roadmaps and succession planning, surveys responsibilities; Coordination of culture-related activities with ability to be influential and persuasive to the leadership team. Co-ownership of Mission&Values project focusing on open, transparent, and positive culture; Development of company's internal and external PR strategies aimed at strengthening HR brand; Support of HR recording, adaptation and evaluation systems; Strengthen and support the company wide internal communications and maintenance of the one-to-go source of info for employees (intranet); Drive annual or one-time HR projects to increase employees motivation and engagement.Requirements
3+ years of HRM experience; Experience operating in distributed teams and matrix environment; Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills; Excellent relationship building skills Comfortable with confrontation and difficult conversations Ability to multitask, highly organized and flexible team player Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
