This vacancy is open in our Customer Support Department.
Main goal: building quality control department, development an effective system of KPI indicators
Requirements:
Fluent writing and speaking English (C1 or C2 — proficient, advanced or higher)
Experience in Support Quality Control & Assurance
Leadership and management (from 1 year)
Experience in process development (and implementation)
Experience in KPI development for support dept (KPI to motivate and not to control)
Experience in B2B support (preferred, desirable) and knowledge of best practices of calls and written customer requests
Ability to work with a large amount of detailed requests
Customer’s centricity (customer CARE)
Initiativity, self-starter, proactiveness
Responsibilities:
Building quality control department
Development from scratch of an effective system of KPI indicators [aimed to motivate support representatives]
Building an effective system of KPI indicators
Quality control of requests processed by support dept (letters, calls, chats)
Analysis of client requests (for the product team)
Comfortable conditions of work:
Work schedule is Mon-Fri (8 hour working day)
Office in 5 minutes walk from metro Shuliavska
