We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer to join our development team.

The individual in this role will perform analysis, design, programming and testing to deliver on our popular Money mobile app and web interface. The individual will pay great attention to detail, take pride in their work and have a good sense of product requirements. The ideal candidate would have programming experience in React Native and Web UI as well as writing the backend APIs to power them.

Responsibilities:

● Design and implement end-to-end features for our top-rated Money App;

● Apply deep understanding of web technologies to reason about engineering /design tradeoffs;

● Take full ownership of the solutions you develop. Including analysis of the requirements, design of the UX and APIs, development testing, deployment and production support.

Candidates must have:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience;

● Solid experience in a single page or mobile app technologies;

● Experience in building modern, scalable backend systems; designing REST APIs;

● Excitement about high-quality components that are reused in our mobile and web apps;

● Expert knowledge of ES6 and HTML5;

● Passion and an understanding of the nuances of the art of computer programming;

● Care about building software in accordance with industry best practices, with performance in mind, and create clean, well-tested code;

● Strong sense for good UI/UX;

● Experience building large, modular and maintainable JavaScript code bases.

Bonus points:

● Expertise in React Native, mobile or native development;

● DevOps culture;

● Knowledge of cloud environments, AWS;

● Knowledge of best practices for accessibility and internationalization;

● Passion for delighting end users with honest, transparent products and experiences.
