Our Consultants are responsible for all aspects of implementing FreeBalance Government Resource Planning (GRP) solutions using generally accepted accounting principles and standards, Government wide policies and best practices. As an ERP Consultant — Human Resource Management, you will have the opportunity to contribute to implementation of FreeBalance Civil Services Management HRM/Payroll system and learn new technologies and enterprise applications in delivering better service to our government customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Implementation and deploying FreeBalance Government Resource Planning (GRP) solutions;
Manage customer expectations and advocate FreeBalance values and best practices;
Review and assemble government HRM legislation, policies, operations and reporting requirement;
Conduct business requirements review with the client and prepare requirements analyses and system/configuration design;
Configure and demonstrate the FreeBalance software solution to the client, illustrating the mapping between the process to the technology;
Manage your day-today operations aspects of a project and scope, including meeting the project schedules and WBS tasks, and submitting quality deliverables;
Report progress on all assigned activities and deliverables to the Project Manager;
Work with the Project Manager and team to achieve all milestones in a timely manner and on budget.
Act as primary specialist contact for the client during deployment.
Qualifications:
Minimum University degree in Human Resources or related field such as Business Administration, Commerce or Economics;
Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 year’s experience working with HRMIS systems;
Knowledge of public sector policies and legislation would be considered an asset;
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills in English;
Fluency in speaking and writing in Ukrainian (or regional) language.
