Должностные обязанности:

Our client is a company that provides data science services for pharma companies to accelerate drug development.

Their data technology curates pharma data from dozens of sources, across the entire drug lifecycle, it shapes the data with hundreds of data features required for AI. The resulting strategic data asset enables pharmaceutical developers to get up and running with AI quickly.

The Data Engineer will be responsible for converting R&D python code into production-ready code as well as maintaining optimal data pipelines.

Note that we hire specialists not to the project, but to one of DataArt’s companies. If the project is over, or you become uncomfortable in it, you can discuss a transition to another project.



Требования к квалификации:

Required Skills and Experience:



• B.S. in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience (M.S. is a plus)

• 2-3 years of experience in supporting data science pipelines in Python

• Cloud experience (GCP a plus)

• Hands-on experience in supporting Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)

• Willingness to assist DevOps as needed



Additional Competences:



• Knowledge of Spark and Docker is appreciated

• Experience in working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data in a machine learning environment
