We’re looking for someone who is self-driven, loves interacting with people, and has customer-oriented thinking.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will be helping new customers get onboard, making sure they’re taking advantage of everything the product has to offer and creating flawless customer experience. Our CSMs are responsible for the whole customer journey starting from demo presentations and setup to troubleshooting and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Being a trusted advisor to our clients and managing every aspect of their user experience;

• Engaging with clients throughout their product journey to increase loyalty and retention;

•Conducting kick-off presentations for potential clients;

•Holding outgoing calls for existing customers (not sales) to ensure their incontestable satisfaction;

•Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and catering the clients' needs.

•Troubleshooting and set up of the product

Requirements

•Fluent English & German (B2 is a minimum)

•Analytical skills and attention to detail

•A strategic, client-oriented mindset to understand the client’s needs on each stage of their journey;

•Excellent communication and presentation skills;

•Passion for professional development in IT industry and working in a global multi-cultural organization;

•Self-management, openness & kindness;

•Outstanding oral and written communication skills (English + German)

•Experience running online demos will be a huge plus

•Eagerness to participate in making video tutorials and presentations
