Position
We are looking for a Customer Success Technical Specialist to follow up with customers for ensuring a positive experience using RPAx product. We’re searching for a person who is really interested in customer needs and wants to be part of a world-class team with a passion for excellence.
Key responsibilities
Maintain constant and professional communication with our clients and their customers, respond to requests, resolve issues and answer questions Build and manage strong customer relationships through customer interactions Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve both technical and functional problems Document and track ticket histories, issues, and actionable steps taken Assist with development and maintenance of internal knowledge base Meet customer service level agreements (SLAs) for responsiveness and resolution Improve methodologies and processes for efficiently diagnosing customer reported problems Work with engineering and development teams as needed to move issues toward resolution Report on the most valuable customer success metricsQualifications/Experience
Dedicated and passionate about customer satisfaction and success Software support/customer service experience Experience in Confluence, Zendesk, ability to write user guides and support documentation Basic knowledge of Java, ability to understand logs Work experience with databases, specifically MySql, Postgres, ability to understand logs Familiarity with Apache Tomcat Strong Windows PC user Basic knowledge of automation tools, experience with RPA is welcome Technical experience working for a SaaS company and with web-based software applications would be a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong team player that is willing to help other team members Excellent spoken and written English: at least B2 level Ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience Readiness to work flexible hoursBenefits
