For the last 20 years, FM Logistic has been steadily developing in Ukraine. We are the largest 3PL operator that serves a balanced portfolio of international and local companies in the FMCG, retail, perfume & cosmetics, industrial manufacturing and healthcare industries.

We are looking for a talented Business systems analyst who will be leading and facilitating business process analysis for multiple projects in support of various FM initiatives. Business Systems Analyst will work collaboratively on cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities:



- gain solid understanding of what the business does and how it does it;



- interview stakeholders to generate a rich picture of business needs;



- create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, highlighting areas of risks/concerns;



- translate business needs identified by stakeholders into business requirements document;



- understand how systems work and be able to evaluate systems' technical capabilities to meet business needs;



- use data driven approach to facilitate evaluation of available options;



- effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;



- manage business analysts' team;



- deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders;



- trace requirements from inception to delivery of selected solution.



What We expect from You:



- graduated from an IT engineering school;



- English — upper-intermediate;



- effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds;



- ability to gather, evaluate, and utilize data for processes improvements;



- team management experience will be a plus;



- logistics processes knowledge and work experience in exploitation of Management systems (TMS/WMS/ERP or other) would be considered as a plus.
