Должностные обязанности:

DataArt has been engaged in software development and IT consulting since 1997. More than 2500 of our specialists are working in nine countries. Sales offices of the company are located in the US, UK, Germany, and Switzerland. The development centers are located in Argentina, Bulgaria, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. The number of projects is growing, as well as the amount and complexity of internal services. To improve efficiency, we are looking for a business analyst who will manage the development of our strategic internal system This will enable the management of new clients (leads), transaction accounting, marketing companies, and potential opportunities.



Responsibilities



Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements with a team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

Manage the solution scope, detect and track changes.

Prioritize current tasks and backlog across teams to achieve the best result.

Collaborate with a team of engineers & designers to deliver intuitive user workflows that bring value.

Collaborate with business functions to define the main points of growth.

Manage requirements during the project lifecycle.

Develop a list of functionality that supports different stakeholder types, categories, and roles based on the performed needs assessment.

Analyse stakeholders and assess stakeholder needs.

Organizing an effective interaction between the project team and the business stakeholders

Verifying the implemented products according to the requirements;

Participation in planning, grooming with team.



Требования к квалификации:

Required Skills and Experience



2+ years of experience as a business analyst;

Strong analytical skills to critically assess information from numerous sources;

Knowledge of the project lifecycle models;

Experience with JIRA;

Good spoken English.



Additional Competences



Experience with CRM systems;

Experience with sales/marketing tools; knowledge of basic terms and key standards;

Experience and a good understanding of Kanban methodology.
