We are looking for a BS HR Coordinator who would join our friendly and dynamic team and will share our Company values such as mutual responsibility, humanity, mastery, ideas, improvement and will become our team’s reliable partner.
Essential Responsibilities:
Interpret company HR vision, mission, and strategy
Facilitate human resources processes
Assist with the performance review and termination processes
Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation
Be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing the training curriculum
Identify and build key talent segments and provide input to workforce plan/staffing model
Analyze HR data (ESAT, turnover, people costs etc.) to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
Provide consultation on organizing and conducting various feedback sessions (pit stops, 360 feedback etc.)
Create and submit reports to senior management
Formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices as well as recommending changes to management
Answering employee requests and questions
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
Team management (4 subordinates)
Maintain the HR team’s calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient organization operations
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position (up to 3 years)
General knowledge of IT company functioning
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Experience with HR databases and HRM systems
Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, Pre-Intermediate English
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Cross-cultural awareness
Financial awareness
Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
Strong presentation skills
Negotiation, influence and conflict resolution skills
Time-management and self-organization skills
